We charge by the hour and by the number of artist(s). All events require a deposit. Bookings are not finalized until the deposit is made in full. After the deposit is made, the remainder is due in cash or check the day of the event. The prices listed below include the deposit.

Absolutely! Here's how design choices work for each service:
Face Painting
Painters bring a book of inspiration, and all children are welcome to any design offered. No luck with the book? Kids can work with the artist to find or create something they love. Some designs may be suggested based on a child's age and how wiggly they are.
Balloon Twisting
The designs available depend on what your entertainer knows and the creations in their personal book of inspiration.
Easy — the artist splits the booked time between both services:
🎨 Face Painting
The artist paints faces up until the halfway point of the booked time.
🎈 Balloon Twisting
For the remaining time, the artist switches over to balloon twisting.
If the artist starts too early, there may be no kids to paint at first, then a big rush at the end of their booked time.
Set up is simple — here's what helps your artist do their best work:
- A small space, ideally shaded and near other activities like a bounce house.
- Lighting for the entertainer if your event takes place at night.
- We bring 2 chairs and a small table — or we're happy to use extra chair/table space you already have.
Availability
We book first come, first served — availability is not guaranteed. Your booking is only finalized once the form is complete and the deposit is paid in full. You may extend time if the artist is available, though that's not guaranteed.
Price Agreement
The cost and time chosen during booking won't change at the event unless discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
Payment
A deposit secures your entertainer. The remaining balance is due at the event by cash or check only. Artists don't carry change, so please have payment ready before their booking time ends.
Tips
Our artists never solicit tips from you or your guests — but tips are always appreciated.
Service
We're entertainers, not babysitters — please watch young children. Let your artist know in advance if you'd like to skip certain designs (like sword balloons or skeleton faces). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately or disturbing others. We suggest children under 2 skip face painting due to sensitive skin, and we won't paint a crying or upset child. Art2Entertain is not responsible for any injury or allergic reaction to paint, balloons, or other materials.
Cancellation
If an artist can't perform, we'll notify you right away and try to find a replacement. If none is found, your full deposit is refunded. Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable.
